• The Bethany Beach clock and a walkway over the dune towards the beach.
• A sign indicating that the Army Corps of Engineers determined the height of the sand dune. See larger images of this photo to read the text.

• A view of the beach from the pathway over the dune.
• The beach area was not too large when we visited, but I'm not sure whether it was high tide or not.
• A view from the beach back towards the boardwalk.
• The lifeguard house and stage area as viewed from the beach.
• The view of the ocean when sitting on the benches on the boardwalk. All you can see is the dune. It's not even possible to see the beach to find a less crowded place to put down your beach towels.
• Jean Finkleman on the pathway over the dune.
• The Blue Surf Motel is gone. In it's place they are building condominiums. See http://www.bluesurfcondo.com/index.php for information.
