From top, left to right: <BR><BR>pulee (inspired by a few drinks, after an Italian dinner, packed with the flavor of ruby red port in a fruity dark chocolate ganache), <BR><BR>toffee pig truffle (this piggy-shaped truffle features milk chocolate and toffee ganache, hand decorated),<BR><BR> lemon sorbet bonbon (rich, dark chocolate surrounds a white chocolate ganache infused with fresh lemon juice and jest, topped with a touch of lemon sea salt), <BR><BR>creme brulee truffle (dark chocolate surrounds a creamy ivvory center infused with Madagascar vanilla beans, reminiscent of creme brulee), <BR><BR> PBJ truffle (milk chocolate infused with creamy peanut butter and a touch of salt, a layer of fresh local raspberry preserves),<BR><BR> cherry blossom (smooth Belgian white chocolate enrobes a creamy white center infused with a fresh, tart, cherry filling).
